Q: The item I require is not listed in the "For Him" or "For Her" menu. Does this mean you do not sell it?

A: To search our full range of products please use the "Search" at the top right of the website. Alternatively, you can browse the full list of brands via our toolbar. If there is an item which you have been searching for and it is currently out of stock please contact us and we will try and source giving you an estimated time for re-stock.

Q: Are your products genuine?

A: All of our products are 100% genuine and come in the full manufacturer's packaging.

Q: What is your returns policy?

A: We now offer a 30 day money back guarantee, You can return the products to us in it's full original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If you would like to return your order, please review our returns policy here.

Q: Do you offer free delivery?

A: We offer free delivery on all orders with a 30 day money back guarantee (T&C’s apply).  We also offer Free Tracked Delivery on all orders. All customer are eligible for this and will be notified of their tracking No. via email.

Q: My order has not arrived what shall I do?

A: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us we will make sure this matter is dealt with efficiently. Once you have emailed us one of our team will reach out to you via email to get this matter resolved quickly and efficiently.
